Custom sections can be used to add custom items to a page without having to change the data definitions of the site. This allows for easier framework updates.

Learn about fulfilling the promiseWork with your unit's developer to create a custom section block. Determine a folder location where the block will be saved.
In this example the block is saved to a folder named "blocks".
Go to the page where the custom section will be added and select Edit.
Go to a Section and expand. Select Custom Section from the Section Type drop-down menu.
Go to Section > Details. In the Custom Section field, add the custom section block.
