Rivet Visual Alignment

This update includes new CSS and JS to bring the Web Framework visually inline with the Rivet Design System. Sites created before 6/2/2022 will need to be updated with these steps, or use the automatic update tool and apply the 2022 June: Rivet Visual Alignment update.

Note: For this release, we strongly recommend you publish all changes to your test/development site first and confirm the updates work well with your site. Once confirmed, updates can then be published to your live/production site.

Go to the Settings block and edit.

Step 2:

In the Brand Version field, change the version from 3.2.x to 3.3.x.

Step 3

Go to the Brand assets server url field and verify that it is set to https://assets.iu.edu/.

Step 4

Submit to save changes.

Step 5:

Navigate to _includes/global-css.html and edit the file.

Step 6:

Update file contents to:

Step 7:

Submit to save and publish.

Step 8:

Navigate to _includes/javascript.html and edit the file.

Step 9:

On lines 3 and 4, update 3.2.x to 3.3.x.

Step 10:

Submit to save and publish.

Step 11:

Publish your site to apply all changes.
